This custom 1975 Ford Bronco Sport was the recipient of a multi-year frame-off restoration, including a replacement frame installed during the build and an undercoating applied to the chassis. The diamond-plate trim extends to the engine bay, which houses a BluePrint Engines 347ci stroker V8 engine equipped with a FiTech throttle body fuel-injection system, in addition to differential breather tubes, a train-style horn and a 12-volt fuse block. It also includes an MSD distributor, 6A ignition controller and MSD ignition. Additionally, it is equipped with a high-flow aluminum radiator with an intercooler running waterless coolant, Moroso oil pan and cooler, a 13-gallon fuel tank, and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers, a crossover pipe and chrome tips. Power is routed to all four wheels via an NP435 4-speed manual transmission with a crawler low-gear, dual-range transfer case and a limited-slip rear differential. Stopping power is provided by a hydro-boost system with large front disc brakes. This Bronco is equipped with Warn manually locking hubs, as well as an auxiliary rock crawling power steering pump with a reservoir. The exterior has been repainted orange and fitted with Bobcat bumpers, a Warn winch, wheel arch extensions, rock sliders, a roll cage, auxiliary lighting, and a roof basket and solar panel. This SUV has been lifted, fitted with dual Rough Country gas shocks at each corner, and rides on brand-new 15-inch Pacer wheels wearing new 37-inch Toyo Open Country tires. The cabin features aftermarket high-back front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in tan leather, along with tan carpets and polished aluminum door panels. Textured paint has been applied to the door panels and sound-deadening has been added to the tub. Additional amenities include an aftermarket steering wheel, three-point seatbelts, a locking center console, Wild Horses shift knobs, a Tadi Brothers wireless back-up camera, Bluetooth stereo, UTV speakers and leather storage bags. The rear cargo area houses a hi-lift jack, jerry can, air bottle and fire extinguisher. Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer along with auxiliary AutoMeter gauges mounted to the roll cage. A 10,000-rpm tachometer is fitted to the driver’s right, while a control for the FiTech fuel-injection system is housed to the left of the steering wheel.
