The engine is cooled by a Griffin radiator with dual fans. It is equipped with front end that is a completely rebuilt Dana 44 with new components, along with a new Moser Dana 60 rear end with a Detroit Locker that is 3 inches wider than stock to match the stock front width, and both front and rear have a 4.10 gear ratio. Stopping power is provide by four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, along with hydro-boost with a Wilwood master cylinder. The body sits on a new Z's Radical Rods chassis built out of 3/16 steel powder-coated in a Satin Black. It sits on four-wheel Fox coilover shocks and front and rear sway bars. The suspension is from Offroad Design, and both front and rear suspension feature a four-link and are completely adjustable. It rolls on KMC beadlock wheels wrapped in Nitto tires. The body was completely stripped, sandblasted and epoxied for corrosion protection, while questionable panels were replaced and all gaps were fitted correctly. This Blazer was blocked laser-straight and painted on a rotisserie with a special-mix PPG Mint Green and Pearl White urethane paint with a high solids clearcoat, and then sanded and polished to show-car finish before final assembly. The bottom of this Blazer and the engine compartment were painted in the body color and clearcoated as well. It is also equipped with a chrome '72 grille and front bumper, along with Amp Research automatic electric running boards with lights, LED lights inside and out, a hidden fuel door behind the left taillight, a Vintage Air system and power windows. Before installing the interior, the inside was covered in sound-deadening and padding under the German square-weave carpeting to help keep sound to a minimum and heat inside. The interior features custom-made side panels, Dakota Digital gauges, an Ididit tilt column, E-Stopp electric emergency brake, a power driver's seat, front reclining seats, a quick removable rear seat, Bear Claw latches, and a Kenwood double din stereo with Apple Car Play and a backup camera.
