This custom 1965 Lincoln Continental convertible was professionally restored and built by Paul’s Rods & Restos in Deer Park, NY. Power comes from a Ford Performance 5.0-liter Coyote V8 crate engine paired with a Ford 6R80 6-speed automatic overdrive transmission. The engine is accented with body-color and adorned with stainless-steel trim. The X-pipe exhaust uses 2.5-inch brushed stainless pipes with MagnaFlow mufflers. Stopping is handled with 14-inch, 6-piston Baer front and 4-piston rear disc brakes. The ride height is adjustable with Bluetooth-controlled RideTech air-ride. This Lincoln rides on custom one-off 20-inch Raceline Billet Manhattan wheels wrapped in Hankook V12 tires. The all-steel body has been professionally massaged, laser-straight and painted with PPG Ford True Blue Metallic. It retains all its factory’s brightwork, which has been polished to a mirror finish. The complete underbody was stripped and epoxied, then top-coated with Upol spray bedliner. It also has custom-fabricated brake lines and 6AN fuel lines. The two-tone custom interior is done in Relicate matte habitat distressed and Nicola tan leather with a custom-built full-length console with a double-DIN Bluetooth Pioneer touchscreen and Rockford Fosgate speakers. There are also hidden cupholders and a retrofitted factory Ford shifter with chrome accent. The full-length Devious Customs one-piece billet dash houses Dakota Digital VHX gauges and there’s a painted tilt Ididit column, a Vintage Air system and a Sparks leather-stitched steering wheel. Other equipment includes a Ron Davis radiator, LED headlamps, E-Stopp emergency brake, American Autowire harness and a detailed trunk. This is a fresh build completed in September 2024 with 500 test miles.
