Details
Originally a 1999 C5 Corvette, this car underwent a complete transformation into a 1962 Chevrolet Corvette convertible replica through the installation of a custom carbon-fiber body. Commissioned in 2008 at a cost of $85,882, it was built by Classic Reflection Coachworks in Lakewood, WA. Under the hood is a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 engine producing 375hp and 370 ft/lbs of torque, and equipped with advanced fuel injection, coil-on-plug ignition and stainless brake lines. The engine is paired with a Tremec 6-speed manual gearbox. It is also equipped with Active Handling System and upgraded high-performance disc brakes. The exterior is finished in Torch Red with stainless trim, white side coves and a white soft-top. This car rides on a set of custom SSR wheels, measuring 18 inches up front and 19 inches in the rear.
