Details

This full custom 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air is powered by an LS2 V8 engine with a backed by a 4L60E automatic transmission. It features a variety of chromed engine bay components, including a one-off air stack, polished engine block and chrome valve covers, leading to a mandrel-bent ceramic-coated exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. Stopping power is provide by cross-drilled and slotted rotors all the way around with chrome calipers and a hydra-boost master cylinder. This Bel Air has a chrome driveshaft and detailed underside. With tubular A-arms supporting the front, it also features a 9-inch independent rear and chromed Kugel rear suspension. Air Ride Technologies ShockWaves are used on all four corners to adjust ride height on demand, thanks to a compressor system and electronic controller in the cockpit. On the exterior, Dupont Salmon Orange and Cream White have been applied, sanded and repeated to achieve an ideal shine. The chassis on the car has also been bodyworked, with every weld filled, smoothed and painted to match the exterior body color. Rounding out the package, this car rides on Budnik Famosa five-spoke wheels, 18x7-inch up front and 18x8-inch in back, wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires. The interior features Classic Instruments gauge clusters, billet face plates and speakers from Danchuk Restoration Parts that round out the dash. It has a Flaming River stainless-steel tilt steering column and Famosa wrapped wheel. Salmon-colored carpets lie under leather off-white seats and there is a custom console with a B&M Quicksilver shifter. This car has over 10 years of multiple restorations and attended the Grand National Roadster Show, Super Chevy and Blackies Invitational Only. 465 miles since completion.
