Details

This custom-built 1948 Buick Roadmaster is from the collection of Ron Coco, known for creating the best street rods. After Coco's passing, his wife decided to part with his collection, and this Buick is the last one available. Under the hood, it boasts a crate 502/502hp engine with fuel injection, paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission. This build sits on a full Art Morrison chassis, with suspension modifications done by Kugel, and featuring independent front and rear suspension, inboard disc brakes and dual rear coilover shocks. Custom touches abound, from the handcrafted firewall extended 6 inches forward to the custom-built steering wheel with a center horn ring. This car also features power rack & pinion steering, four-wheel disc brakes, power windows and tinted glass. The custom-designed wheels by Intro are now part of the company's top-of-the-line collection. The body has been seamlessly welded, with reconfigured and rounded wheel openings and a custom flip-flop hood with a hinge setup. This car is painted in a Black Sapphire with light green accents, complemented inside by a custom-sewn leather seating interior, including power reclining leather bucket seats. A custom-designed center console with floor shift, a Vintage Air system and a Kenwood stereo system complete the interior. **TITLED AS 1948 BUICK SPECON** **SOLD ON BONDED TITLE** **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
