Details
This 1927 Ford custom roadster was built by the O'Bannon Roadster Company for the Steve Grimes Collection. This '27 Ford is fashioned in original sheet metal that had the width narrowed and doors reworked. It sits on a hand-built chassis with a radically designed drivetrain and suspension configuration. Up front is a Halibrand quick-change, making this a front-wheel-drive vehicle, and in the back a '48 Buick Straight-8 engine with eight individual carburetors and a custom exhaust manifold leading to the opposite side of the 248ci engine, giving it a symmetrical look. Putting power to the front end is a Chevrolet Turbo 350 automatic transmission, and the back end is fitted with a rack & pinion steering, as well as adjustable coilovers. **SOLD ON BILL OF SALE**
