This custom 1965 Ranchero is powered by a 351 V8 engine stroked to 427ci. The engine is estimated at over 400hp in a 2,500-pound car. Highlights include a serpentine-drive belt system with upgraded power steering pump, ceramic-coated headers with 3-inch Flowmaster exhaust and electric cutouts, and an aluminum radiator with an electric fan. The engine is teamed with a TREMEC 5-speed manual transmission. Out back is a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.90 Richmond posi-traction gears. The front end has
been converted to a Mustang II suspension with coilovers, tubular upper and lower control arms, and power rack & pinion steering. Leaf spring rear suspension with traction bars and gas shocks. Aluminum driveshaft with driveline loop. Disc brakes in the front with a line lock and drums in the rear. Complete restoration done in 2013. New base/clear paint, new upgraded seats, carpet, headliner, Bluetooth stereo and carpet kit in the bed with a tonneau cover. All new chrome everything. New 17-inch Ridler 650 series wheels with new tires. Lots of documentation and receipts of the restoration.
