This custom 2003 Ford Excursion is powered by a modified DFC Street Series 6.0-liter long-block diesel engine paired with an automatic transmission. Modifications include a BPD 4-pin FICM, XDP billet water pump, BPD EGR cooler, Bostech high-pressure oil pump, XDP heavy-duty oil cooler, ARP head studs, industrial injection injectors, BDP Power Screamer Stage 1 GT37 turbocharger, XDP coolant filtration system, XDP exhaust up-pipe MBRP 4-inch XP series exhaust, XDP gear reduction starter, SB cold-air intake and an Edge Evolution CTS3 tuner. The axles have been fully rebuilt with new bearings, seals and ball joints, and there are new brake pads and rotors, along with Yukon high-performance rack & pinion with 4.88 gears. This Excursion also has a custom-fabricated roof rack, and inside is an upgraded Apple CarPlay-ready stereo. There are KC Hilites auxiliary lights all the way around on a Trigger 6-shooter wireless remote. It is also equipped with PreRunner Series MOVE steel bumpers and a 12,000-pound winch. There is a Pro-Comp 8-inch lift and a dual front shock setup, along with a Redhead steering box. This Excursion rides on Raceline 948B split wheels with BFGoodrich KO2 37-inch tires and has a Skyjacker dual steering stabilizer kit, Airlift Load Lifter 5,000 Ultimate-Plus helper spring kit with Wireless One, AMP Research steps, an EAG grille and LED headlights.
