This is one of 1,000 produced in 1972 to commemorate Baja off-road race successes from 1967-1971. It's finished in Marathon Blue Metallic with Baja wheels. It also features taper-tip tailpipes, dealer-installed overriders, Baja side stripes, Baja Bug logo on engine cover and plaque on glove box lid. This car features full-American specification, blue and white high-back bucket seats, full carpeting (including trunk area), 4-speed manual transmission, ventilation and rear window defogger with air conditioning.
