Orange with black interior. Transmission shifts well in all 4 forward gears and into reverse. Excellent, minimal rust Southern California car. Engine is clean, tuned and a new muffler installed with new chrome exhaust tips. All hoses have been inspected and replaced as necessary. Engine runs excellent, starts right away even after it has been sitting for some time. Stunning new orange base coat/clear coat paint. Body is near perfect showing no accidents, no rust, no bubbles and no blisters.
Floor pans are replaced and are excellent with no holes. It shines brilliantly. This Karmann Ghia runs and drives beautifully, steering is tight, brakes are excellent and car steers straight. Heaters work well. Car has functioning Alpine stereo with Bluetooth capabilities. Tires are in excellent condition. New coilover shocks. Odometer and speedometer fully functional. Convertible top is new. Interior has newer carpet. The following is a partial list of work that has been performed: new CV joints, wiper blade assembly, front and rear bumpers, rebuilt distributor, upholstery, new push rod tube, new convertible top, valve cover gaskets, KYB GR-2 shocks, taillight lenses, brake pads, clock restoration, restored steering box, new windshield and rubber, starter and solenoid.
