Made by Aermacchi, the MC-65 Shortster was built in Italy and only produced for one year, for the North American market only. Originally, the Shortster was only offered in three color choices - yellow, sparkling red or sparkling blue - and always had stainless-steel fenders. This example has been refinished in dark blue with blue-painted fenders and a spider-web-embossed black seat.
