This 16'-long trailer comes complete with toilet and shower, closet, slide out couch/bed, dinette/bed and bunk bed (used for storage). Named 'Tres Jewel' this trailer has been renovated with beautiful almond-tone bead board paneling with red, yellow and green accent colors. The interior includes a fun retro-flower motif with fabric choice and candy red upper cabinets that feature original flower motif tinwork. The dinette table is a rare 1950's chrome and linoleum top. New seating in the dinette
allows for built-in storage for a retro-style stainless Coleman cooler. It also has a new 12-volt fuse box, new battery, cable and connectors with new interior and exterior retro lights. The working 12-volt pump for the water system with a 20 gallon water tank has new flex lines. The original kitchen sink has new flex lines, connectors and faucet. It has the original working propane hot water heater. The bathroom includes new flex lines, connectors, shower faucets and shower wand as well as a new Thetford Aqua Magic V foot flush toilet, with sound Blackwater tank with new plumbing and connections. There is also a new exterior water inlet. The electrical system is a standard 30-amp system, original vintage outlets with switch, decorative Tiki night light and 1950s red and white statement light. Highlight of Tres Jewel is her original 13 jalousie louvered windows which have been rest, resealed, new screens, new mechanical operators and aluminum brightened. The exterior is painted a gorgeous red and white with new vinyl wraps and Diamond plate rock plate front. This trailer has a rare original Bargman door knob recently serviced and rekeyed. The tires are newer (2013) with original rims and spare tire holder. Tres Jewel has recently been serviced; the pads were checked and it's road ready. The exterior also includes new, brilliant-white J-rail as well as a new vent and Arizona historical license plate.
