1971 CHEVROLET K10 CUSTOM PICKUP

Details

This custom 1971 Chevrolet Cheyenne K10 4x4 factory short-bed pickup was the recipient of a complete nut-and-bolt, frame-off restoration completed in 2024. It's powered by a new BluePrint GM 383/430hp stroker V8 engine with aluminum heads backed by a 3-speed TCI Turbo 400 automatic transmission with an NP208 transfer case. The engine is dressed up with a CVF front accessory serpentine system and custom-matched air cleaner and valve covers, along with matching plug wire mounts. It's cooled by a

new aluminum radiator with two electric fans. This pickup is stopped by all-new brakes and stainless-steel brake lines with a Wilwood power brake booster and master cylinder. The frame was sandblasted and then powder-coated, as was most of the hardware. The GM Super Red and Linen White paint is separated by new MAR-K trim. The lower molding and tailgate band are covered in Dan Hogan custom wood-grain centers that mirror the new bed wood, which has been stained to match. The suspension sits on a new 5-inch lift with Bilstein shocks at all four corners and a double-steering stabilizer setup. The freshly blasted and painted axles are rolling on machined KMC 17x9-inch Riot beadlock wheels wrapped in new 35-inch BFGoodrich KO2 tires. The exterior features smoked glass for the side and rear windows, and smoked lenses for the factory cab lights on top of the cab that have been converted to LED, along with the deluxe marker lights. The custom interior has TMI door panels with plaid inserts that also match the inserts in the fully custom ergonomic bench seat. It also features a tilt column, tachometer dash and Bluetooth radio.
