Details
This El Camino has undergone a professional two-year, ground-up, nut-and-bolt restoration with nothing overlooked and great attention to detail. The body was stripped down, massaged to laser-straight specs and refinished in original 1971 Antique Green poly with the SS stripes finished in the correct GM White. Every piece of chrome and stainless was replaced or refinished to concours quality. The wheels are factory SS wheels with brand-new BFGoodrich radial T/As. Under the hood is a Performance Speed Street Eliminator 454/425hp, 9:1 compression big-block engine tuned and polished. It's equipped with automatic transmission, 12-bolt rear end, ceramic-coated long tube headers, Edelbrock aluminum intake and a full stainless exhaust. The interior is also brand-new with brand-new carpet, SS dash with all-new gauges, new headliner, new door panels and beautiful new factory bucket seats with horseshoe center-console automatic shift. Hundreds, if not thousands, of hours went into the restoration of this El Camino to bring it to showroom quality.
