It is a matching numbers unit equipped with the 428 Cobra Jet Ram Air engine and 4-speed transmission. Actual mileage is 31,000. This car was built for Mercury as a 'national press show car.' It was on the Mercury turntable display at the Chicago auto show in 1970. One of only 220 ever built. The car underwent a full rotisserie restoration.
