This is a 1 of only 2 1969 ford mustang mach-1 428 cobra jet 4-speed 'q' code car, this is a non ram air 428 cobra jet mach-1. The color is absolutely stunning it is raven black, which is a very hard color to get on mach-1's, not to mention black interior, this is a black on black with the red stripe. This is completely restored 428 cobra-jet mach-1 with the correct exhaust manifolds with heatshield, s tube, snorkel, correct air cleaner, with the very rare smog setup. The clock, the tach, and the rim blowing steering wheel horn all work,wow! this 428cj mach-1 would be welcome to any collector's stable! this mach-1 comes with the elite marti report stating this is 1 of only 2 ever produced in 1969! the 428 cobra-jet motor is all numbers matching and is rated from the factory at 335hp, which for insurance purposes ford actually underated the true horsepower on this pony, it was actually closer to 400hp. The factory options are as follows; power steering, power front disc brakes, am radio, fold down rear seats, dash tach setup & floor console, 3.50 traction-lok axle ratio, and a 428 cobra-jet engine 4v non-ram air which was only a $224.12 option in 1969. This 1969 428cj mach-1 is ford's only year for this exact body style and is the very first year for the mach-1 along with the only year that mach-1's had quad headlights.
