Details
This K10 has recently undergone a rotisserie full-frame restoration. One of 1,649 originally produced short-bed 4x4s in 1969. The entire body was stripped to bare metal, blocked, primed and finished in Hugger Orange and white paint. All of the chrome, trim, stainless, seals and glass are new, and the truck features custom smoked one-piece door glass and smoked sliding back glass. This truck has a torched oak bed polished with teak oil and finished with stainless trim. Power comes from a modified
350ci V8 engine. The engine has been heavily modified and features CNC ported 2.02 aluminum cylinder heads, 10:1 high-compression pistons, roller rockers, high-torque starter, Quick Fuel 650 CFM carburetor and GM Hi-Performance HEI distributor. The engine exhales via Kooks headers, custom X-pipe, a 3-inch stainless-steel exhaust system and dual MagnaFlow mufflers. Translating power to the wheels is a remanufactured TCI Turbo 350 automatic transmission rated to handle up to 450hp. The transmission is paired with an NP205 transfer case built by Moonshine Mafia Motorsports. The Chevy sports a fully upgraded brake system with hydro-boost, new Wilwood power disc brakes and calipers, drilled rotors, WARN lockers with custom aluminum hubs. Additional features include Vintage Air climate control, a custom Cold Case aluminum radiator as well as a hidden fuel neck that's located in a fold-down taillight. The interior features houndstooth bucket seats with matching houndstooth headliner, a new dash pad, seals, carpet, door panels, new tilt steering column as well as new factory wiring harness, new gauges with factory tachometer and all-new bezels and switches. The truck features a 4-inch lift with new leaf springs, new dual-canister FOXX suspension, BDS steering stabilizer with FOXX shocks showing off a painted floor pan. The K10 rides on new 35-inch BFGoodrich All Terrain tires wrapped around Cali Off-Road wheels with custom interchangeable center caps shown in Hugger Orange.
