A true Pro-Touring Chevelle, this 1969 Chevelle custom coupe comes with a newly built 396ci V8 big-block engine featuring a roller cam. Spent gases exit through a set of long-tube headers and dual exhaust, while the Flowmaster mufflers provide a throaty tone. Power is harnessed by a Turbo 400 automatic transmission before its firmly planted to the ground by way of a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gear ratio. The updated suspension includes new upper and lower control arms, sway bar, front and

rear shocks and springs. New radiator and Ron Davis cooling fan keep the big engine cool. The Flaming River tilt column, power steering and custom steering wheel all help keep control. The exterior shines with Hugger Orange paint accented with black SS-style stripes on the hood and the rear decklid, along with matching Hugger Orange SS 396 badging on the grille and rear. All-new black LED headlights, staggered 18/20-inch black Foose Legend wheels and a Wilwood power brake system - including master cylinder, front disc brakes, rotors and gloss black calipers - complete the menacing look. Inside, the goal was to keep the classic Chevelle SS look with all-new black SS-style interior, door panels and headliner, but include modern-day upgrades such as Autometer Sport Comp gauges, black billet door handles, window cranks and pedals along with an Alpine Bluetooth/iPhone/CD stereo head unit and Rockford Fosgate speakers.
