Restored to concours condition in 2004, this W code 1968 Mercury Cougar GT-E is powered by a 427ci V8 engine mated to a C6 Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission with 3.50 standard axle ratio. During restoration, a rust-free body was sourced to replace the original body. The body was rotisserie soda blasted. The Cougar is finished in Cardinal Red paint over a black interior and a Marti report is included in the sale.
