This custom 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition was granted an official license and Certificate of Authenticity issued by Eleanor Licensing LLC for Eleanor's character, looks and image as it appeared in the 2000 film 'Gone in 60 Seconds.' It comes with the paperwork, Eleanor's body VIN plate and emblems issued by Gone in 60 Seconds LLC. This Mustang Resto-Mod fastback conversion was fully reconditioned and almost every nut and bolt on this car is new. This completely fresh example has break-in miles only and is fully rotisserie-restored. It has all the movie-correct Eleanor body modifications and accessories, including the side-exit dual exhaust and the wired 'Go-Baby-Go' NOS armed dash switch (non-operational) and movie-correct NOS bottle and shifter knob. Underneath the domed Eleanor hood sits a freshly built Ford 429ci big-block engine with Trick-Flow aluminum heads and modern fuel injection with eight downdraft stacks. It still contains the break-in oil. The Barnett Performance engine is coupled to a factory-issue 4-speed Toploader manual transmission with an 11-inch clutch and a Hurst shifter. The upgraded ignition system uses Pertronics-branded electronics along with an MSD control box. A custom March pulley system keeps the belts organized in the engine compartment. Detroit Speed sub-frame connectors provide both body integrity and traction stability. The headers flow through a 2.5-inch exhaust, which exits through the side rockers. The exhaust system is equipped with electrically controlled dumps to instantly adjust the exhaust volume from a full muffler to open headers. This car is designed to be a blend between the iconic Eleanor styling, with updated and modern driveline and suspension for improved reliability and performance. The new suspension assembly includes upgraded rear 4-link RideTech suspension with adjustable coilovers, a stout Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears, and front rack & pinion power steering with adjustable coilover shocks. Braking comes from Wilwood 4-wheel disc with drilled and slotted rotors. Cooling is provided by an aluminum radiator and electric fans. It was professionally finished in Pepper Gray Metallic two-stage PPG exterior paint along with black Rally body stripes and multiple layers of clearcoat over top. The underside and the engine compartment areas were prepared similarly with many coats of clear to allow it to be wiped down with ease. It also has proper sequential taillights, stainless-steel bullet-style sideview mirror and an Eleanor-style flip-up gas-filler lid. It is equipped with modern air conditioning and has an electric trunk release. The all-new deluxe interior features custom 'Gone in 60 Seconds' logo-embroidered seats and a custom center console, with stainless-steel billet trim on the dash and on the door panels. The rear area is equipped with a matching factory-style fold-down seat with the NOS bottle located behind it. It also has a custom-painted roll bar with seatbelt harnesses. The factory-style dash cluster is fitted with retro-styled new modern Velocity gauges and a custom wood-styled vintage steering wheel. Sound is provided by a RetroSound stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. All the accessories, extensive gauges and lighting - including the front driving lights and fog lights - operate and function correctly with the flip of a toggle switch. It also has custom show-ready red LED lighting in the engine area, cabin and exterior ground effects. It has two 12-volt batteries in the trunk and a USB port for cabin phone charging. It rolls on custom Eleanor-style wheels with performance tires for an aggressive stance. The car comes complete with a full start-to-finish build book with over 150 restoration photos. It also comes with a 30x40-inch professionally assembled 'Gone in 60 Seconds' framed presentation of the official movie poster, along with authentic officially signed photos of the lead cast members Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie.
