Most people don't generally think of the Dart as a titan of Mopar performance, but this car shows how minds can be changed. Over $30k has been spent on this muscle Mopar. Under the hood is a balanced and blueprinted 340 V8 that has been made into a rumbling, menacing, crackling beast. It has been built with 360 heads, Keith Black pistons, Accel distributor, high-rise aluminum manifold, headers, high-flow exhaust, and more. The shifting is handled via a Hurst shifter while the Chrysler Tru Trac rear end puts the power to the pavement. Inside the fully redone interior, the custom upholstery is glove soft and finished in a cool two tone that mimics the original style. The paint is done in a very dark blue with really metallic blue ghost flames on the nose and racing stripes across the deck lid. This car is very clean and very straight and comes with the original owner's 'Certicard' and even the original service list on the inside of the glove box that the dealer used when this car was new. With a hungry V8 under the hood of Dodge's smallest, lightest car, this Dart will blister the street or strip.
