This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro custom coupe known as 'Katrina' is powered by an upgraded 355/400hp V8 engine paired to an M21 4-speed manual transmission. This 17-year rotisserie ground-up restoration sits on a Martz tubular chassis and is finished in Dupont Aztec Silver and Jet-Black custom paint with Graphite Grey pinstriping. It features a Quick Fuel SS 650 dual pump with a mechanical secondary carburetor mounted on an Edelbrock performer intake, a fuel cell as well as a new upgraded Holley fuel
regulator. Additional upgrades include the cam, double-timing chain and gears, upgraded lifters, new upgraded valve seals, springs, stainless roller rockers mounted on ARP threaded studs with girdles and an ATI liquid dampener, new Champion aluminum 4-core radiator as well as an electric push auxiliary fan. The rear is a 10-bolt 3.73 posi-traction rear riding on a Hotchkis 3-leaf spring drag racing rear suspension with Viking 2-way adjustable shocks. The car is lowered 2.5-inches to 3-inches front to back, all sitting on Weld RTS racing wheels wrapped with Nitto tires. Additional features include Hooker super comp headers, Ford Mustang II power steering rack, Wilwood Dynalite disc brakes front and rear, shaved rain gutters, shaved and flush custom taillights, shaved door handles, hood and trunk on a remote popper system. Additionally, it has custom-built F1 exhaust outlets with new MagnaFlow mufflers, Autometer Phantom gauges through dash and custom center console, line lock setup on the shifter, new wood steering wheel with SS center from ForeverSharp, and ARC bucket seats.
