A complete nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration was applied to a 1966 Mustang fastback, creating this one-of-a-kind custom Mustang. This car was built to perform. Pony Carburetors Tri-power carb and intake were chosen for the professionally built 331ci stroker engine that makes 388hp on the dyno; full documentation and dyno sheet are included. It’s also equipped with performance headers and mufflers supported by a 2-1/2' aluminum exhaust. Power is put to the ground through a T5 World Class
5-speed manual transmission and a Ford 9' rear end with a 373 posi-traction and traction control. The frame has been reinforced to support the power delivery and the car has been outfitted with performance suspension, power rack & pinion steering and front power disc brakes. The Shelby side scoops are active, supplying cool air through air ducts to the rear drum brakes. The exterior is finished in Bright Atlantic Blue with painted silver stripes over a custom interior that features Carroll Shelby’s autograph on the glove box, one-of-a-kind custom-embroidered seats on either side of the billet aluminum 5-speed shifter, R-model performance gauges and a roll bar. Tunes are supplied by a custom Autosound premium stereo system. The underside of the car is as nice as the top, having been driven about 200 total miles since its restoration.
