This loaded Impala is equipped with the factory 327/300hp motor, 4-speed manual transmission and factory air conditioning. It is a rock-solid, zero-rust Southern car that has been well-maintained in Texas most of the last 50 years. This '63 Impala hardtop was ordered as a completely loaded car for the new car auto show circuit in 1963. Ordered by a GM executive, it was only the fourth car (VIN #S100004) off the line in St. Louis for the 1963 model year. It has been restored to 100% factory
original specs. The list of factory installed options on this vehicle are many, including 327/300hp engine, 4-speed manual transmission, tachometer, posi-traction axle with 3.55:1 ratio, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, tinted glass, power steering, power brakes, power windows, AM/FM radio, rear seat speaker and rear-mount antenna. The car recently had a total frame-off restoration. It was repainted the original Ermine White using modern paint technology. The red interior was also completely redone and is in outstanding condition. The Chevrolet engine was completely disassembled and every part checked, rebuilt and restored to as-new. The air conditioning blows cold, and the entire car runs and drives great, with no issues. This car is as nice as they come and is as pretty on the bottom side as it is on the top.
