This is an older restoration of a 1960 Dodge Dart Phoenix with the D-500 361cid dual 4 barrel 30' Cross Ram setup. The car is complete and operating. It is a rare top-of-the-line Phoenix hardtop body style.
Details
This is the first model year of the Dart and the top-of-the-line Phoenix hardtop body style with the big back glass. The Dart was new in 1960, set on a smaller 118' wheel base. It was a big seller with over 325,000 units sold representing over 87% of the total Dodges sold that year, a record year for Dodge. The engine is factory stamped HP for high performance and features Dodge's famous 30' Cross Rams with updated 4 barrel carburetors and electronic ignition. New factory stock materials were
used for the restoration of the interior. It is a stunning Vermillion Red with satin white top, three-on-the-tree Dodge that is a blast to drive.
