Description
Built in 2009, this 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster re-creation is powered by an 1835cc 4-cylinder engine with twin EMPI carburetors connected to a 4-speed manual transaxle. The front end was built with double A-arm design and adjustable shocks, along with a rack & pinion steering system. A VW independent rear suspension with adjustable trailing arms is featured in the back. This example weighs around 1,600 pounds. Braking comes from front and rear discs mounted under 15x5.5-inch front and rear wheels. This Porsche is finished in Metallic Gray over a gray and black bucket-seat interior, and recently received a standard tuneup, including plugs, points and a fresh oil change.
