Details
This custom Bel Air is the product of a four-year, ground-up, no-expense-spared restoration with no detail left untouched. It’s just as at home on the road as it would be in a museum, and has been the recipient of numerous awards, including a win at the Grand National Roadster Show (awards are not included). Wearing all of its original body panels, which were rust- and damage-free prior to restoration, this Bel Air is finished in a one-off custom three-stage paint and features a Morrison
chassis, power windows and door locks, power trunk release and a power retractable license plate frame. The custom all-leather interior features special seats and a custom stereo with an additional battery to feed it. Beneath the hood resides a limited-production Ram Jet ZL1 427ci all-aluminum engine that’s been stroked to 454ci and coupled to a 4-speed automatic transmission turning a Kugel rear end. The engine was shipped to Street & Performance, where it was completely disassembled and chromed. This custom Bel Air was formerly part of the Ron Pratte Collection.
