This 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air underwent a frame-off rotisserie restoration and includes extensive restoration documentation in binders, including photos of the vehicle teardown and rebuild, engine teardown and rebuild, engine casting numbers and dates, engine build sheet and dyno sheet. It’s powered by its original balanced and blueprinted 265ci engine with a 4-barrel carburetor and new dual exhaust backed by a 2-speed automatic transmission. The block, cylinder heads, crankshaft, rods, intake,

and the exhaust manifold’s harmonic damper and distributor were rebuilt and are original to the car. All critical engine parts have been magnafluxed, and all-new ignition and chassis wiring was installed. During restoration the chassis was completely stripped and powder-coated in satin black. The suspension, axles and spindles were magnafluxed, and the factory power steering and brakes were fully rebuilt. The exterior retains its original chrome (except for the lower front piece on the hood), all of which was taken apart and rechromed. The stainless pieces throughout are original as well. This Bel Air features an upgraded alarm system with sensors on all doors, trunk and hood (not currently active), hidden master kill switch, new radiator, gas tank and rear springs, and an AM/FM radio with cassette. Riding on new wheels and radial tires, this Bel Air has 78,072 original miles (mileage not indicated on title).
