This custom big-window pickup was completed in 2017 and has accumulated less than 2,000 miles since. A ’57 hood and grille were added for an updated look, then the truck was finished in Chevrolet Lime Rock Green Metallic, a deep green that complements the Ferrari black and saddle leather upholstery and Mercedes-Benz Feintuft black carpet. The interior features the modern conveniences one would expect, including a Flo-Fit split bench seat with armrest, Dakota Digital VHX instruments, Vintage Air,
RetroSound Bluetooth stereo, Power Windows, Ididit tilt steering column and a Billet Specialties steering wheel. It’s powered by a GM Performance hot-cammed LS3 crate engine controlled by a GM Performance ECU. The engine features a Holley high-rise intake, Chevy valve covers and LS7 headers mated to a full custom stainless-steel exhaust with MagnaFlow mufflers. The power plant is mated to a GM 6L80 6-speed automatic transmission containing a Circle-D high-performance torque converter. A custom fully boxed powder-coated chassis features an Art Morrison Enterprises C7 Corvette front suspension and C4 Corvette independent rear suspension containing a Dana 44 rear end with 3.50:1 gears. JRI adjustable front and Strange Engineering adjustable rear coilovers provide great handling and a smooth ride. Stopping power is provided by Baer 6-piston brakes with 14-inch rotors and Hydro-Boost power assist provide effortless stopping power. The truck rides on a set of 20-inch Boyd Coddington billet wheels wrapped in low-profile tires. It features Oracle headlights, LED taillights, custom ash wood bed with mini-tubs, polished stainless hardware, Eddie Motorsport billet hood hinges and LizardSkin ceramic insulation.
