Details
Having recently undergone a restoration, this exceptionally rare convertible Messerschmitt features a factory-original 191cc engine with 4-speed manual transmission. Messerschmitt was originally an aircraft manufacturer in Germany in the 1950s. In 1955, they introduced the KR200 model featuring an airplane-style canopy entry with tandem seating. It was an instant success and also had the distinction of breaking 22 international speed records in its class on August 30, 1955. Its iconic and unique design has now made it a sought-after microcar.
