This frame-off-restored 1955 Chevy Apache stepside big-window Resto-Mod pickup is highly decorated with numerous awards from World of Wheels, including Outstanding Full Radical Hand-Built Truck, Best of the Best, Six Shooter Recipient, Outstanding in Class, First Place, Outstanding Paint, Participants Choice, and Shock & Awe Awards. It was also featured in a George Canyon photoshoot and was signed by Chip Foose, with a photo of the signing. A photo collection of the entire build is also
available. This Resto-Mod pickup is powered by a 383ci V8 engine outfitted with a Holley Sniper fuel-injection system backed by a 700R4 automatic transmission. It's equipped with a 3.50 posi-traction Ford 9-inch rear end, 10-inch Wilwood disc brakes and remote-powered air-ride suspension, and rides on one-off 8x19 front and 12x20 rear Foose Impression wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Custom bodywork with extensive modification was done, including a remote-powered hood and tonneau cover. The leather and suede interior features detailed cherry woodwork, replica Dolphin gauges, an upgraded sound system and remote-powered bench seat.
