Details
A total frame-off build of an extremely straight and solid car, this all-original Ford steel body is finished in custom-mix Candy Burgundy. It has a 350ci Chevrolet small-block V8 motor with an aluminum intake, 4-barrel carburetor, polished air conditioner compressor and aluminum radiator. It also has a Turbo 350 Chevrolet automatic transmission, late-model Ford rear end on leaf springs, and Heidts Mustang II-type front end with power steering. The beautiful burgundy and black custom leather interior features original 1950s-style chromed dash, polished tilt column with 1940 Ford steering wheel and 1949 Chrysler swivel window cranks. The wheels are steel with old-school moon caps topped off with whitewall radial tires giving the car a great stance. All the chrome and trim has been polished or replaced. Other 1950s-style details include the chrome fender welt and the moonshine logo painted on the trunk.
