It’s powered by a first-year 24-bolt 221ci Flathead 8-cylinder engine mated to a 3-speed manual transmission, and is equipped with hydraulic brakes. 1939 was the final year for the floor shift and rumble seat. This Dearborn Award-winning cabriolet rides on stock 16” Ford logo tires and features an original-type canvas top and boot. It’s one of 10,422 units produced and sold new for $788.
