Details

One of only 47 Lincolns built 80 years ago by Judkins, America's well-known old-line carriage company, this 1937 Model K Style 367A was professionally restored and is recognized by the CCCA as a true classic. The L-head 414ci V12 engine, built to Lincoln standards of precision, runs smooth and quiet, and starts easily. It produces 150hp, which was high power for the day with its 3-speed manual transmission. Eight ventilators, located on each side of the hood, are controlled by mechanical

thermostats which allow the vents to open and close automatically as the air temperature under the hood changes. The body rests on the original chassis. The outstanding body is finished in correct Lincoln Dalmatian Green with French Gray pinstripes and a rich leather top. The interior fabrics and wood components throughout are beautiful. With the glass partition raised it is a formal, chauffeur-driven car. Lowering it creates the intimacy of an owner-driven sedan. Below the partition is an 8-day Jaeger clock. The rear cabin also features twin vanity-mirror compartments, a roller shade over the rear window and a hidden jump seat that disappears into the partition when not in use. An intercom was built-in for passing directions to the driver. Most charming of all is the umbrella compartment below the right side of the driver's seat. Both front windows are adjustable forward to allow for increased air flow into the front cabin. A 64-page leather-encased 1937 Lincoln V12 reference book with operating and maintenance instructions as well as a 1937 Lincoln Sales Brochure for this Judkins two-window Berline are included. Both are original not reproductions and are in great condition. The factory build record of this Model K is included showing its options, specifications and shipping destination, along with a multitude of other owner documents.
