Details
This 1932 Ford pickup hot rod was the first pickup to compete in Wildwood, NJ, at 'The Race of Gentlemen' in 2014. The roof was chopped 4.5' and the bed has been shortened by 4.5'. The truck is powered by a 1940 Flathead V8 engine with a 1932 3-speed manual transmission. The rear end is the original banjo unit. For safety and comfort, the gas tank was installed in a 1930s truck mounted in the bed. The '32 starts well and sounds great through the Red's headers. All the windows are in place.
