Description
This 1930 Indian Scout 101 motorcycle is powered by a 45ci V-Twin engine paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. The Scout 101 model was introduced in 1928 and was designed by Irish road racer Charles B. Franklin who lengthened the old 45ci Scout's wheelbase by 3 inches, lowered the seat height 2 inches and a front brake was fitted for the first time. This example was part of the MC Collection from Sweden and is the product of an older renovation completed in Denmark. It was acquired from a collector in Dalarna, Sweden, and it's a correct restoration. The sale includes handcrafted leather quick-release saddlebags.
Powered by a 45ci V-twin engine with a 3-speed manual transmission. The Scout is considered the one of the most balanced motorcycles ever made. Formerly part of the Stockholm collection. Restored by marque experts in Denmark.
