This 2015 Ford Mustang Terlingua Prototype is powered by a supercharged 5.0-liter engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. It features carbon-fiber body components, forged aluminum wheels, custom Borla exhaust, Brembo brakes and custom suspension. This example was produced by Shelby American to commemorate the Terlingua Racing Team. It debuted at the 2016 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction and was used for development and marketing by showing it on many racetracks across the U.S., such as Laguna Seca, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Sears Point. This example was previously used by Shelby American as a Shelby GT prototype.
