This 1983 Buick Riviera convertible is one of two specially prepared examples to serve as official pace car for the 1983 Indianapolis 500. The powertrain includes a highly modified twin-turbo 4.1-liter Stage II V6 engine generating 410hp with electronic fuel injection, mated to a Special 325 4-speed automatic transmission. Other modifications include custom two-tone paint and specially made 15x7-inch wire spoke wheels. THIS IS A MODIFIED VEHICLE.
