This custom 1973 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by an original, modified L48 matching-numbers 350ci 8-cylinder engine. It has been modified with an aluminum radiator, Edelbrock aluminum heads, Comp camshaft, Power Plus+ aluminum intake, Holley Sniper EFI system, an in-tank high-pressure pump and HPC coated headers with custom exhaust. This provides a substantial increase in horsepower and torque. The engine is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The body was stripped, primed, blocked and painted in Laguna Blue, and then color-sanded and polished. The front bumper cover was replaced and painted to match. It also features carbon-black accents. The suspension was upgraded to the Van Steel coilover system on the front and rear and is fitted with Wilwood brakes. It rides on black polished 17-inch American Racing wheels wrapped with Kuhmo tires. The black and tan interior features C6 Corvette seats, new carpet, leather-trimmed surfaces, modified door panels, a 14-inch sport steering wheel, a custom e-brake handle, cupholders, AutoMeter white-face gauges, an FI display and a Sony sound system. It is also equipped with a Vintage Air HVAC system, along with Dynamat to prevent road noise and engine heat from transferring into the cabin. All of the modifications resulted in a vehicle weight of 3,040 pounds.
