This 1972 Oshkosh M1000 flatbed truck, model #P2023-1C1R, is powered by the original Caterpillar V8 diesel engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a 2-speed transfer case with super-low crawl gear, as well as 5-ton axles with Detroit Locker No Spin. It was originally purchased from the Washington State Department of Transportation as a snow-blower. It was modified with a 12x7-foot custom flatbed, custom-fabricated front Autobot Optimus Prime bumper and 14x22.5 steel wheels.
