Details
This custom four-wheel-drive 1970 Ford Bronco had over 1,500 hours spent on fabrication, body and paintwork. It is powered by a new 460hp Gen 3 Coyote 5.0-liter V8 crate engine with a control pack and engine harness from Ford Performance, mated to new Ford 10-speed 10R80 automatic transmission with a Dana 20 dual-range twin-stick transfer case. Power goes to custom driveshafts from Tom Wood's Shafts, a 9-inch Ford rear differential with 31-spline axles, Eaton Truetrac and Dana 44 front differential, both with 4.10 gears. It is equipped with custom SS headers and power steps from Patriot Classic 4x4 in Rochester, IN. The engine breathes out of custom dual exhaust with chambered resonators, Corsa mufflers and an H-pipe by Iowa Mufflers & Brake in Des Moines, IA. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood disc brakes on all four corners, along with a Wilwood master cylinder and booster, and a Wilwood electric parking brake. It features the original frame, powder-coated by Phoenix's Powder Coating LLC in Nevada, IA. The suspension sits on a complete 2.5-inch lift Dual Sport Monster 4-Link Performance Package from James Duff. With a new body from North East Classic Ford Parts, it sits on 2-inch body lift, and paintwork was done by Mike Vearewyck and Jason and Chris Marvel in Osceola, IN. It is finished in PPG Brittany Blue and White Platinum on the top. It is also equipped with a 20-gallon SS fuel tank, all-new gray tinted glass and all-LED lighting. This Bronco rides on U.S. Mags Indy polished aluminum wheels wrapped with Goodyear Wrangler Ultraterrain AT tires. The interior sports a custom console from BC Broncos with a floor shifter, twin stick and cruise control. It features a tilt steering column and power windows, along with a Gen 4 Vintage Air system and Dakota Digital RTX gauges keep the classic look with modern technology. It also features new seats, console pad, dash pad, shifter boots, door panels, box side panels and headliner, all covered in Italian leather by 515 Upholstery in Pleasant Hill, IA. An Alpine stereo and JBL amplifier power four speakers, along with a backup camera, Apple/Android CarPlay and Bluetooth.
