This custom 1969 Chevrolet Nova finished in Black Metallic underwent a Pro-Street frame-off build with everything on this car brand-new and completed on October 16, 2023. Starting with a full painless wiring harness, it is powered by a custom-built AFR LS1 347ci engine with LS1 Pro Series heads and twin 55mm turbos with a Quick Fuel blow-through carburetor and adjustable boost controller. The engine exhaust flows through a 3-inch stainless-steel system and was tuned by Mark Roman of Northern California. The engine is also supported by an extra-large intercooler and Griffin radiator with dual fans. The power is backed by a Stage-2 4L80 transmission built by Jakes Performance out of Bridgeport, TX. The custom-built 9-inch aluminum center-housing rear end is hooked up to a Chris Alston 4-link and 4.11-ratio gears with Currie axles. The shifter is a TCI Outlaw with reverse pattern. The front chassis has tubular control arm suspension with QA1 coilovers and power rack & pinion steering. This car has Billet Specialties wheels wrapped in Hoosier tires, as well as Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes. The black-and-silver-stitched interior is from TMI with custom bucket seats and five-point harness seat belts. In between the seats sits a custom-made fiberglass and leather console, with the boost controller hidden in the storage compartment. It includes a custom carbon-fiber dash with AutoMeter gauges and Vintage Air setup. The trunk features an aluminum fuel cell and a stainless-steel battery box.
