This 1968 Chevrolet C10 custom pickup was the recipient of a multiyear, full nut-and-bolt restoration and is powered by a new Chevrolet Connect & Cruise 6.2-liter LS3 engine rated at 430hp and 420 ft/lbs of torque, mated to a 4L70E automatic transmission. The engine features CVF pulleys, a large Griffin radiator and two electric fans to keep everything cool under the hood. The chassis sits on a No Limit front and rear suspension, Viking coilovers, sway bar in front, fat bar trailing arms in the rear and Summit Racing X-Frame, and 4-wheel disc brakes to bring it all to a stop. It is also equipped with rack & pinion power steering, a 12-bolt rear end with Eaton Truetrac posi-traction and 3.73 gears, a 19-gallon gas tank, and Flowmaster resonator and mufflers. The exterior was sprayed with PPG Nardo Gray and rides on Raceline wheels, 20x8.5-inch in front and 20x11-inch in the rear, fitted with Michelin tires. The cab is nice and quiet and cool thanks to the LizardSkin sound-deadening and heat protection, and even cooler with the Gen 5 SureFit Vintage Air system. The TMI interior features seats, door panels, carpet and visors. It is wired up with American Autowire and features one-piece windows, E-Stopp emergency brake, Dakota Digital gauges, LED headlights, custom Autosound Bluetooth with a JL Audio amplifier and 6x9-inch speakers behind the seat.
