Details

This custom 1968 Chevrolet C10 fleetside short-bed pickup is powered by a modern electronically fuel-injected 5.3-liter LS 325hp V8 engine with aluminum heads, built by Cassell Engines of Spokane, WA. The engine is mated to a GM remanufactured 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, and putting the power to the ground is an updated GM 12-bolt rear end with 3.43 gears. The engine bay has a custom engine cover, fan shroud and inner fender panels. This pickup also features a custom rear-mounted 17-gallon fuel tank, aluminum radiator, power steering, and mandrel-bent and TIG-welded 2.5-inch dual H-pipe stainless exhaust system with stainless turbo mufflers. The stock frame is equipped with a large HD front sway bar, 2-inch drop spindles and hubs by Wilwood, RideTech tubular upper and lower control arms, and a trailing-arm rear setup with coil springs and shocks. Stopping is handled with a power-assisted Wilwood master cylinder, Wilwood calipers, 6-piston front and 4-piston rear, clamping on 14-inch drilled and slotted rotors. The dropped suspension provides an aggressive stance for this C10, which rides on U.S. Mags Rambler 110 wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza Sport high-performance tires. This expertly worked body is finished with a two-tone 1968 Light Skyline Blue/white two-stage base/clearcoat. The custom TMI interior features adjustable bucket seats, a dash cover, Dakota Digital gauges, Ididit tilt column with sport steering wheel, GM reproduction center console with cup holders and a Vintage Air system. It also features shoulder harness seat belts, custom Autosound AM/FM digital radio with stock-looking faceplate, and four speakers. This fresh and complete show-quality build by Gortsema Fabrication, a Washington State Hot Rod Hall of Fame inductee and chosen as the Builder of the Year in 2019, was completed in the fall of 2024. **TITLE BRANDED AS ODOMETER - NOT ACTUAL**
