Description
Produced by Hogan Built, known for their Chevrolet K-series builds, this custom 1968 Chevrolet C10 short-bed pickup nicknamed 'Dollywood' is powered by a supercharged 427ci LS3 V8 engine designed and built by Don Hardy, backed by a 4L80 automatic transmission. The engine and transmission were painted in Matte Gold paint and equipped with black billet accessories, then nestled into the Roadster Shop Spec chassis. The engine is connected to a handmade 3-inch polished stainless exhaust with custom hangers, polished stainless-steel fuel lines, brake lines and transmission cooler lines. Featuring a Roadster Shop chassis, this truck is also equipped with 15-inch Wilwood disc brakes with 6-piston calipers and is riding on custom 20-inch Schott wheels. Starting life as a C20 pickup, this custom C10 has been completely sandblasted, metal worked and finished in PPG Drum Boogie Beige over Porsche White. This concours-quality restoration was finished off with flush-mounted glass and all-new weatherstripping, a genuine zebrawood bed floor and a brand-new electrical system.
