This custom 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition was granted an official license and Certificate of Authenticity issued by Eleanor Licensing LLC for Eleanor's character, looks and image as it appeared in the 2000 film \"Gone in 60 Seconds.\" It comes with the paperwork, Eleanor body VIN plate and emblems issued by Gone in 60 Seconds LLC. This Mustang Resto-Mod original fastback was fully reconditioned and rotisserie-restored, and almost every nut and bolt on this car is new. It has all the movie-correct Eleanor body modifications and accessories, such as the hood, front fascia, side-exit dual exhaust and the wired \"Go-Baby-Go\" NOS-armed dash switch and NOS bottle (non-operational) and shifter knob. The high-quality body kit was made in the 2000s by Tony D Branda using the original movie car molds for a \"movie-car correct\" look. Underneath the Eleanor hood sits a freshly built Doug Herbert Performance high-output Ford 408ci small-block stroker engine with Edelbrock aluminum heads and a Holley 770cfm Street Avenger carburetor. The engine is coupled to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter. The upgraded ignition system uses MSD-branded electronics along with an MSD control box. It has a custom March pulley system and all new wiring throughout carefully tucked and routed for a clean look. Full CPP coilover front suspension and lowering springs in the rear give this car an aggressive stance and great handling. The JBA headers flow through a custom Matty Built customs stainless 2.5-inch exhaust, which exits through the side rockers. The new suspension assembly includes upgraded dual A-arm front suspension with adjustable coilovers, a new stout Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears sitting on 1-inch lowering springs and front electric power steering. Stopping power comes from power Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors. Cooling is provided by an aluminum radiator and electric fan. The exterior is professionally finished in Pepper Gray Metallic two-stage PPG paint and black body stripes with five layers of clearcoat. The underside, engine and engine compartment areas were prepared similarly with many coats of clear. It also has the proper and extremely rare PIAA lighting for all the turn signals, running lights and high-beams, as well as the correct fiberglass taillight surround, stainless-steel bullet-style sideview mirrors and an Eleanor-style flip-up gas-filler lid. The all-new interior features stainless-steel trim on the dash and on the door panels. The rear area is equipped with a matching factory-style fold-down seat with the NOS bottle located behind it. It also has a custom roll bar with seatbelt harnesses. The factory-style dash cluster is fitted with retro-styled new modern Classic Instrument gauges and a custom wood-styled vintage steering wheel. The trunk area is also show-ready-finished and has a cable-style trunk release. Sound is provided by a RetroSound stereo. This car rolls on custom 17-inch Eleanor-style wheels with Nitto performance tires. This is a fresh build and has break-in miles only.
