Details

This 1966 Ford Bronco Resto-Mod underwent a professional frame-off rotisserie restoration. It is powered by a rebuilt fuel-injected 5.0-liter Mustang HO V8 engine. It has a serpentine front belt system, cooling from a TBP 3-core aluminum radiator, and the exhaust uses Tom's shorty headers into stainless pipes with JBA mufflers. The transmission is a Ford 4R70W 4-speed automatic turning a limited-slip 9-inch rear end with 4.10 gears and 31-spline axles. The suspension has been upgraded using a TBP 3.5-inch lift with a one-inch body lift, Bilstein shocks and steering stabilizer. It is also upgraded with power disc brakes with stainless lines, Borgeson power steering, a TBP 23-gallon fuel tank with an in-tank fuel-injection pump and a Rampage soft-top. The electrical upgrades include a Ron Francis wiring harness, Classic Instruments gauge cluster, sequential intermittent wipers and LED headlights, turn-signal lights and brake lights. Finished in PPG 1966 Springtime Yellow with an inlaid special decor white stripe, this Resto-Mod's exterior maintains the '66 eyebrow grille and '66-only pieces, with the fenders left uncut. This Bronco also features new door glass, gaskets, weatherstripping and stainless door hinges for quick door removal. It rides on 17x8-inch smooth steel wheels with dog-dish hubcaps, wrapped in BFGoodrich tires. The custom interior features upgraded heated seats, custom panels, custom carpet, an Ididit chrome tilt column topped with a Scott Drake wood steering wheel, Classic Auto Air system, roll cage and three-point seat belts, a locking center console and custom stereo system with a Sony Marine head unit and Alpine speakers.
