This custom 1964 International Scout is powered by an LS3 V8 engine topped with a Holley intake manifold and Sniper fuel injection, backed by a GM 4L80E automatic transmission that's been gone through, and a Dana 300 transfer case that's been fully refurbished as well. The axles are from a 2021 Jeep Rubicon that were brand-new when installed. Now that all the pieces were in place, the Fuller Moto team found some Fox long-travel coilovers and pneumatic bump stops to create a chassis around. It sits low like a Baja truck rather than the usual Hi-Lift to clear the fenders. This lower stance and extended wheelbase were purposeful, to provide better highway driving. When builder envisioned the \"Scout 8K,\" the vision was a combination of Range Rover and Bronco. After two years of work and thousands of hours, the result is one of the most detailed and usable early International Scout ever made. In a world where bolt-together customs are all the rage, this is truly a one-of-a-kind custom vehicle. From the roll-cage to the chassis, bodywork and interior, literally every inch of this beast has been welded, 3D-printed and sewn at Fuller Moto in Atlanta, GA. This Scout was featured on \"Car Fix,\" a how-to program, three different times over the period. It's also been on display twice at the Amelia Island Concours. As the builder's first dip into an off-road car, he wanted it to be spectacular. The Fox factory even custom-tuned this car for street driving at their Road Atlanta engineering facility.
