This 1954 Chevrolet 3100 custom pickup underwent a full frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration. Power is generated by a 6.2-liter supercharged LSA engine paired with a 6L80 automatic transmission that sends over 560hp and 550 ft/lbs of torque through a custom-built chassis. It rides on a Mustang II front suspension and custom 4-link, 9-inch rear end. Stopping power comes from 14-inch Wilwood disc brakes with drill and slotted rotors, and the engine exhales out of a Corsa exhaust. This pickup is finished in Ethereal Candy Red paint and features chrome accents, has a custom-stained black oak wood bed and rides on Coy's custom 20-inch chrome wheels with a Charcoal accent. The custom leather interior by JS Customs features Dakota Digital gauges, a Retro Manufacturing stereo system, a Vintage Air system, Nu-Relics power windows, smoked glass and an Optima Redtop battery. This build was done by the Kustom Built Cars, a non-profit educational automotive restoration workshop located at the Acme Chop Shop in Grand Junction, CO.
